Kx Advisors Names Jenna Riffell Managing Partner  

WASHINGTON, DC (November 1, 2021) – Kx Advisors is pleased to announce the promotion of Jenna Riffell to Managing Partner, effective today. Jenna leads the firm’s European practice, based in London, UK.  

“Since joining Kx six years ago, Jenna has built out an impressive portfolio of clients in specialty pharmaceuticals,” Bob Serrano, Managing Partner, said. “Her dedication to Kx and our clients has transformed our presence in Europe, and she will continue to lead our London-based team to new heights as a Managing Partner.” 

Jenna joined Kx Advisors as a Consultant in 2015 and has since advised a range of Fortune 500 pharmaceutical, biotech, health IT, and medical device companies. She brings deep industry experience to the role; Jenna holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a BScH, Combined Honors in Chemistry and Biochemistry, from the University of British Columbia. She also completed a fellowship in preclinical cancer drug development at the Institute of Cancer Research in London before transitioning into consulting.  

In addition to advising the firm’s clients, Jenna actively shapes Kx’s culture and empowers employees with her internal efforts. She leads the Learning & Development Committee and co-leads the Kx mentorship program and the Women@Kx initiative.
