Kx Advisors Strengthens Leadership with VPs

Expanding Kx’s Diagnostic and Digital Health Capabilities 

WASHINGTON, DC (February 8, 2022) – Kx Advisors is pleased to announce that Brian McNally and Rachael England have joined the firm. 

Brian McNally joins Kx Advisors as a Vice President in Washington, DC. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and fourteen years of experience, Brian will be a leader in Kx’s diagnostics and life science practice area. He has an extensive track record of helping accelerate growth with a breadth of life science companies, from startups to established players. “With Brian’s proven expertise in product strategy and marketing for diagnostics and life science companies, he is a great addition to our team and capabilities,” said Bob Serrano, Managing Partner. “He’s always looking forward and making big ideas a reality. We know he’ll bring that innovation to Kx, not only for our clients but also for our Kx colleagues.“ 

Prior to joining Kx, Brian founded the startup Velocidy Bio, as well Expansome, a boutique consultancy focused on life sciences and diagnostics. Earlier in his career, Brian served in various marketing and product development roles at Canon BioMedical and Qiagen. He earned his PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Texas Southwestern and BS in Biological Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University.  

Rachael England joins Kx Advisors as a Vice President in Washington, DC. Rachael will be a leader in Kx’s Digital Health and Health IT practice area, leveraging her thirteen years of experience both within the industry and as a consultant. Her background in business development, new product planning, and corporate strategy is directly applicable to her new role. “Rachael has a deep understanding of the digital healthcare landscape and the strategic business needs of our clients,” said Dan O’Neill, Managing Partner. “We’re excited about the energy and leadership she will bring to the team.” 

Prior to joining Kx Advisors, Rachael was the Vice President of Virtual Care Product & Strategy for Tech Mahindra Healthcare and Life Sciences. Earlier in her career, Rachael held several consulting leadership roles within Optum and The Advisory Board. She earned an MPH from l’Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sante Publique and a BA in Government & Medicine in Society from Franklin & Marshall College.
